- Walk through the formal grading rubric weighting, emphasizing STAR execution
Activity: Mock Interview Rotations
- Group B: call students individually for 3-minute formal interviews using the rubric
- Group A: pair students for two 6-minute rotations using the Conduct an Interview worksheet, keeping questions hidden
- Circulate to support both groups simultaneously

Unit 4: Job Search & Interview Prep

Interview Prep
Hiring managers decide whether you're a serious contender before you've answered a single technical question. Explore first impressions, the STAR method for behavioral questions, and how to turn the interview around by asking smart questions of your own.

Mock Interviews: Day 1
A great interview partner isn't the one who says "you were amazing." It's the one who tells you exactly what to fix. This is Day 1 of 2 dedicated to formal 1-on-1 job interviews with the teacher.

Mock Interviews: Day 2
This is Day 2 of 2 with 1-on-1 formal teacher interviews. This activity puts that theory into practice with live interview rotations, giving every student either a formal evaluation or hands-on peer practice.
